Giménez (Jiménez) (y Bellido), Jerónimo, Spanish conductor and composer; b. Seville, Oct. 10, 1854; d. Madrid, Feb. 19, 1923. He studied with Alard, Savard, and A. Thomas at the Paris Cons. He was conductor of the Sociedad de Conciertos in Madrid. He wrote over 100 zarzuelas.
