Dull prison flick based on a true story. Fifteenyearold Peter Madigan and his buds get wasted along some New Jersey train tracks and come up with a dumb prank that results in the derailing of a commuter train, killing the conductor. Peter and his pals become the first juveniles in New Jersey history to be sentenced to an adult maximum security facility. Follows Peter's adjustment to prison life as corrections officer Clark (Ice-T) takes a concerned interest in the young man, although Peter stays a pretty unsympathetic character. 92m/C DVD . Ice-T, John Heard, Chris Gunn, Barbara Christie; D: Peter Wade; W: Peter Wade; C: Jesse Weathington. CABLE
