Roosters ★★½ 1995 (R)
Gallo Morales (Olmos) is returning home, after serving seven years in prison for manslaughter, anxiously awaited by wife Juana (Braga), 20-year-old rebellious son Hector (Nucci), neglected adolescent daughter Angela (Lassez), and sexy sister Chata (Alonso). Adapted by Sanchez-Scott from her 1987 play. 93m/C VHS, DVD . Edward James Olmos, Sonia Braga, Maria Conchita Alonso, Danny Nucci, Sarah Lassez; D: Robert M. Young; W: Milcha Sanchez-Scott; C: Reynaldo Villalobos; M: David Kitay.
