New Zealand politician. Born Judy Dixon, Jan 10, 1942, in Timaru, NZ; m. Graeme Keall (sep. 1992).
Active in the peace movement; served as Labour MP for Glenfield (1984–90), supporting anti-nuclear legislation; lost her seat (1990); elected Labour MP for Horowhenua (1993), later Otaki; served as chair of the health select committee; resigned Parliament (2002).
