Saint. Name variations: Baroness de Landiras. Born in Bordeaux, France, in 1556; died in 1640; niece of Michel de Montaigne; married the baron de Landiras; children: seven.

Widowed at age 41, Saint Jeanne de Lestonac was a novice for five months at the Feuillantines of Toulouse before founding, with the help of two Jesuits, the Institute of the Daughters of Our Lady. Her feast day is on February 2.
