American dancer and choreographer. Born in New York, NY; trained at Juilliard.
Danced for Anna Sokolow's company (1965–69) in such works as Lyric Suite, Time + 7, Déserts and Steps of Silence; founded her own dance troupe (early 1970s) for which she choreographed Seascape (1970), Harriet (1971), Drifts (1974), The Shoppers (1975), Impromptu (1975), Conquest of Mexico (1976) and Bugs Bunny (1976), among others.
