Climate/Long-range Investigation Mapping and Predictions Project (CLIMAPP) An integrated project to study the climatic history of the Quaternary, conducted by a team of scientists engaged in Earth and ocean research. Since 1971 the administrative base for the project has been at Columbia University, New York.
