VÁGÓ, LÁSZLÓ
VÁGÓ, LÁSZLÓ (1875–1933), Hungarian architect. He worked in partnership with his brother Jószef *Vágó. They worked in partnership until 1910. After setting up an independent firm, László specialized in the reconstruction of theater buildings. At the end of the 1920s he and his co-workers designed the Heroes' Synagogue and its arcaded courtyard adjacent to the Great Synagogue in Dohany street in Budapest.
