Pañcadaśi (‘the fifteen’). A major Hindu work so-called from its fifteen chapters. It was written by Vidyāranya, a follower of Śaṅkara. It is an advaita exploration, of great complexity, of the elements surrounding ātman (śarīra), the great precepts (Mahāvākyas), and the nature of bliss.
