Original name, Charles Aaron Smith; born February 28, 1945, in Beaumont, Texas; Married (divorced). Education: Michigan State University, sociology degree, 1966.

Career: Actor. Miller Lite, spokesperson, 1976–; appeared in television commercials for Miller Lite Beer. Professional football player (defensive lineman) with the Baltimore Colts, 1967–71, Oakland Raiders, 1973–74, and Houston Oilers, 1975–76.

Member: College Football Hall of Fame.

Awards, Honors: Selected All-American, Michigan State University, 1965 and 1966; All-American Team, Sporting News, 1966; first player selected, NFL draft, 1967; AFC All-Star Team, Sporting News, 1970 and 1971.
