Humane Studies Fellowships (Graduate/Fellowship)

Purpose: To provide financial assistance to support the work of outstanding students interested in exploring the principles, practices, and institutions necessary for a free society through their academic work. Focus: General studies. Qualif.: Applicants must be full-time graduate students or undergraduate juniors or seniors during 2008-2009 academic year and who have a clearly demonstrate research interest in the intellectual and institutional foundations of a free society. Criteria: Candidates will be evaluated based on academic or professional performance, potential for success in chosen field and relevance of work to the advancement of a free society.

Funds Avail.: $2,000 up to $12,000. To Apply: Applicants must submit applications online which include completed application form, college transcripts, admission test scores, two recommendation, essays, writing sample, dissertation proposal, and a non-refundable $25.00 application fee. Deadline: December 31.
