Bianchi, Valentina
Bianchi, Valentina, Russian soprano; b. Vilnius, 1839; d. Kurland, March 11, 1884. She studied at the Paris Cons., and made her debut as a soprano in Frankfurt am Main (1855). She sang at Schwerin (1855–61), St. Petersburg (1862–65), and Moscow (until 1867), and retired in 1870. She married chief forester von Fabian in 1865. Her range was extraordinary, extending from low alto through high soprano notes.
