Italian organist and composer; b.Verona, May 20, 1554; d. Rome, July 10, 1594. He was active as an organist in Rome beginning in 1584. He later traveled to Verona, returning to Rome in 1592. He publ. five books of madrigals (1578) and Villanelle alia Romana (1595).
