Broadway show dance director George Randall (Powell) gets stuck working with no-talent star Peggy Revere (Blondell), who's only cast because her deep pockets are backing the whole show. George and Peggy are constantly butting heads, but show producer Fred Harris (Williams) smoothes things out by telling Peggy that George is secretly in love with her-and telling George that Peggy is secretly in love with her! 91m/B VHS .
