Lilia (Abbass) is a very proper widowed seamstress who lives with her in-laws and rebellious teenaged daughter Salma (El Fahem). Salma is taking bellydancing classes and Lilia suspects the girl is flirting with musician Chokri (Kamoun), so she follows him to a club and is seduced by the exuberance of the dancers. One, Folla (Hichri), invites Lilia in and soon she is leading a double-life—grieving widow by day and costumer and parttime dancer by night. Arabic with subtitles. 95m/C VHS, DVD .
