Owner and operator of an antique shop and a weaving fabric store in Milan, 1972-82; host of "The de'Medici Kitchen" (fourteen-part television series), Public Broadcasting Service (PBS), beginning in 1982. Founder and teacher of "The Villa Table" (cooking classes), 1984-; makes annual tours of the United States to present cooking classes and demonstrations; guest on radio and television programs.
