American Association of Critical-Care Nurses BSN Scholarships (Undergraduate/Scholarship)

Purpose: To provide financial assistance to AACN members who are registered nurses completing a baccalaureate or graduate degree program in nursing. Focus: Nursing. Qualif.: Applicant must be a bonafide AACN member; have an active RN license; cumulative GPA of 3.0 or better; currently working in critical care or have worked in critical care for at least one year in the past three years; junior or upper division status for the following fall semester; and currently enrolled in or accepted to a nursing program accredited by the state Board of Nursing for the following fall semester. Criteria: Applicants will be evaluated based on comprehensiveness of response; dedication to patient care outcomes; modeling of professional commitment; relation to the AACN vision; and ability to clearly communicate in writing.

Funds Avail.: $1,500. To Apply: Applicants must submit application online, completed along with a cover checklist page and supporting documents. Deadline: April 1.

Purpose: To provide financial assistance to AACN members who are registered nurses completing a baccalaureate or graduate degree program in nursing. Focus: Nursing. baccalaureate degree program; and currently enrolled or accepted to a nursing program leading to a master's or doctorate degree in nursing.
