ipratropium
ipratropium (ip-ră-troh-piŭm) n. an antimuscarinic drug used as a bronchodilator in the treatment of chronic reversible airways obstruction (see bronchospasm) and rhinorrhoea. It is administered by inhalation or nasal spray. Trade names: Atrovent, Respontin, Rinatec.
