Blood Song
Blood Song ★ Dream Slayer 1982
A patient (yester-decade teen throb Frankie Avalon) escapes into the night from a mental institution after murdering an attendant. He takes his only possession with him, a carved wooden flute. A young woman sees him burying his latest victim, and now he's on a hunt to play his “blood song” for her. Pretty bad, but fun to see Avalon play a less-than-squeaky-clean role. 90m/C VHS . Frankie Avalon, Donna Wilkes, Richard Jaeckel, Dane Clark, Antoinette Bower; D: Alan J. Levi.
