English field-hockey player. Born Sept 1967 in Sutton Coldfield, England.
At Barcelona Olympics, won a bronze medal in team competition (1992); over course of career, scored over 100 goals and won 165 caps for England and 158 for Great Britain; was the only British female hockey player to appear at 4 Olympics, including Sydney in 2000. Awarded an MBE.
