Israeli poet. Born 1894 in Petah Tikva, Israel; died 1981; dau. of Judah Raab; married in Cairo.
Born into one of the founding families of one of the 1st agricultural settlements in Eretz Israel; joined the group that founded Kibbutz Degania (1913); settled in Tel Aviv, where her home became a center for writers and artists; works in Hebrew include Kimshonim (Thistles, 1930) and Shirei Esther Raab (1963); books in translation include Selected Poems (1996).
