American art museum administrator. Born Juliana Reiser (later changed name to Rieser), Dec 25, 1876, in Doylestown, Pennsylvania; died in New York, NY, Aug 28, 1948; m. Dr. Willard B. Force.
The 1st director of the Whitney Museum of American Art, ran the Whitney until her death (1930–48).
