Canadian wheelchair athlete. Born Hilda May Torok, Oct 20, 1945, in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada; m. David Binns (paraplegic athlete, div.).

A paraplegic, contracted polio (1955); won 2 gold and 1 silver medal at International Stoke Mandeville Games for the Paralyzed (1968), followed by 1 gold and 2 silver medals (1972); won 5 gold, 1 silver, and 4 bronze medals at the Wheelchair Pan American Games (1969), then 5 gold, 2 silver and 1 bronze medal (1971).
