Tai Chi
Tai Chi Neo-Confucian concept of the Supreme Ultimate, the intrinsic energy of the universe (chi). The philosophy of tai chi was developed by Chou Tun-i (1017–73) and Chu His (1130–1200). Tai chi also refers to the most popular form of exercise in China – a martial arts-based series of slow, flowing movements designed to enhance the effective flow of Chi around the body.
