Dendroceratida
Dendroceratida(class Demospongiae, subclass Ceractinomorpha) An order of sponges which lack spicules. Some also lack skeletons composed of organic fibres. When fibres do occur they emanate from a basal sponge plate in a branching fashion. Generally they do not incorporate detritus.
