Aromadendron (family Magnoliaceae) A genus of tropical rain-forest trees which are sometimes huge, growing to 60 m. The fruiting carpels are indehiscent, and concrescent as a fleshy syncarp. There are 4 species, occurring in Malaya, Sumatra, Java, and Borneo.
