Dravidian
Dravidian Family of languages spoken in s India by c.10 million people. The four major Dravidian languages are Telugu, Tamil, Kannada (Kanarese) and Malayalam. Tamil is also spoken in Sri Lanka. Brahui is spoken in Pakistan. Dravidian languages are unrelated to Indic languages, such as Hindi, which are a branch of Indo-European languages.
