Description:

Independent, comprehensive, coed, affiliated with Baptist General Convention of Texas. Awards associate, bachelor's, and master's degrees. Founded 1965. Setting: 293-acre urban campus. Endowment: $21.8 million. Educational spending 2003-04: $4577 per student. Total enrollment: 4,714. Faculty: 413 (96 full-time, 317 part-time). Application fee: $25. Comprehensive fee: $16,254 includes full-time tuition ($11,610) and college room and board ($4644). College room only: $1830. Room and board charges vary according to board plan and housing facility. Part-time tuition: $387 per credit hour.
