Van den Boorn-Coclet, Henriette, Belgian composer; b. Liège, Jan. 15,1866; d. there, March 6,1945. She studied with Radoux and Dupuis at the Liège Cons., where she subsequently taught harmony. Her compositions attracted considerable attention, and included a Sym., a symphonic poem, Le Renouveau, Sérénadefor Cello and Piano, various piano pieces (Mazurka, Caprice, etc.),and songs.
