Ramírez, Luis Antonio , Puerto Rican composer and teacher; b. San Juan, Feb. 10, 1923. He studied in San Juan and at the Madrid Cons. (composition diploma, 1964). From 1968 he taught at the Puerto Rico Cons. of Music in San Juan.
