A titillating topic turns into a dull telepic. Judith Campbell Exner (Henstridge) is a beauty who, afer a fling with Frank Sinatra (Ralston), becomes the mistress of JFK (Anderson). Sinatra is also the one who introduced Judith to wiseguy Sam Giancana (Friedman) and FBI honcho Herbert Hoover is convinced that the babe is some kind of messenger service between the White House and the Chicago crime boss.
