Based on the true story of Katie, which came to light in 1970. She is rescued from some 12 years of abuse and isolation imposed by her mentally unbalanced parents. Even her caring social worker Sandra (Errico) is unable to beat a system that just offers a different type of abuse to the young girl. 98m/C VHS, DVD . Tarra Steele, Melissa Errico, Sean Young, Joe Regalbuto, Michael Lerner; D: Harry Bromley-Davenport; W: Daryl Haney; C: Jeff Baustert; M: Mark Hart.
