Burial of the Rats ★½ Roger Corman Presents Burial of the Rats; Bram Stoker's Burial of the Rats 1995 (R)
Based on a short story by Bram Stoker, this cable campiness features young Bram (Alber) himself being kidnapped while traveling in Eastern Europe. He's taken to the “Queen of Vermin” (Barbeau), who heads a blood-thirsty cult that hate men, worship rats, and live by violence. Fortunately, the Queen decides to spare Bram so he can write of their exploits and he falls for the fleshy charms of rat-woman Madeleine (Ford). 85m/C VHS, DVD . Adrienne Barbeau, Maria Ford, Kevin Alber; D: Dan Golden.
