Saṃdhinirmocana-sūtra
Saṃdhinirmocana-sūtra (The Explanation of Mysteries, or The Unravelling of the Hidden Meaning). An important text in the Buddhist school of Vijñānavāda (Yogācāra), and the source (2nd–3rd cent.) upon which many of the exponents of the school based their teachings. The work forms a bridge between the speculative Perfection of Wisdom (Prajñāpāramitā) literature and the mind-only philosophy of the Vijñānavāda which was developed in the treatises it inspired.
