Vince Vaughn's Wild West Comedy Show
Vince Vaughn's Wild West Comedy Show ★★ Wild West Comedy Show 2006 (R)
Part comedy concert film, part backstage documentary follows comedy tour mastermind Vaughn and four up-and-coming comics on a tour across the southern U.S. in 2005. Outside of a visit to a camp of people who had just been displaced by Hurricane Katrina, the film doesn't break out of its basic concept, focusing on the backgrounds of comedians Caparule, Ernst, Maniscalco, and Ahmed and their time on the road, which seems to involve very little partying or getting into trouble. The result is a tour movie that's not particularly wild. For stand-up fans. 100m/C DVD . USCameos: Vince Vaughn, Ahmed Ahmed, John Caparulo, Bret Ernst, Sebastian Mansicalco; D: Ari Sandel; M: John O'Brien.
