Noguerornis
Noguerornis The earliest known bird after Archaeopterix, from the basal Cretaceous of Montsec, northern Spain. It was the size of a finch and was the first bird to have a wing that was well developed, as indicated by the elongation of the distal portions of the fore limb and the rigid interlocking of the hand bones.
