Healthy, Happy, Holy Organization

Healthy, Happy, Holy Organization, (3HO). A movement founded by Yogi Bhajan ( Harbhajan Singh) in California in 1969. A Sikhderived movement, 3HO aims at cleansing the subconscious mind and the whole person of all impurities principally through the practice of kuṇḍalinī and Tantric yoga, meditation, and mantric chants, thereby preparing the individual for the reception of that ‘pure consciousness’ of which Yogi Bhajan is the vehicle.
