evensong

evensong in the Christian Church, a service of evening prayers, psalms, and canticles, conducted according to a set form, especially that of the Anglican Church. The word is recorded from Old English (in form ǣfensang), originally applied to the pre-Reformation service of vespers.

e·ven·song / ˈēvənˌsông; -ˌsäng/ (also E·ven·song) • n. (in the Christian Church) a service of evening prayers, psalms, and canticles, conducted according to a set form, esp. that of the Anglican Church: choral evensong.
