cor·ral / kəˈral/ • n. a pen for livestock, esp. cattle or horses, on a farm or ranch. ∎  hist. a defensive enclosure of wagons in an encampment. • v. (-ralled, -ral·ling) [tr.] put or keep (livestock) in a corral. ∎ fig. gather (a group of people or things) together. ∎  hist. form (wagons) into a corral.
