ac·cu·sa·to·ri·al / əˌkyoōzəˈtôrēəl/ • adj. Law (esp. of a trial or legal procedure) involving accusation by a prosecutor and a verdict reached by an impartial judge or jury. Often contrasted with inquisitorial.
