Independent, comprehensive, coed, affiliated with Roman Catholic Church. Awards associate, bachelor's, and master's degrees and post-master's certificates. Founded 1856. Costs Per Year:

Application fee: $30. Comprehensive fee: $26,470 includes full-time tuition ($17,700), mandatory fees ($720), and college room and board ($8050). Part-time tuition: $590 per credit hour. Part-time mandatory fees: $20 per term.

Collegiate Environment:

Orientation program. Drama-theater group, choral group, student-run newspaper, radio station. Social organizations: 70 open to all; national fraternities.
