Philadelphia Orch. from 1992. Bayreuth Fest. 1957–62; Salzburg Fest. début 1957; Amer. début 1964 (with Vienna SO); CG début 1972 (with Bavarian State Opera in Strauss operas). Fine accompanist (to H. Prey, etc.).
