Lorentzen, Bent

Lorentzen, Bent (b Stenvad, 1935). Danish composer. Taught at Århus Cons. 1962–71. After Darmstadt in 1965, turned to elec. mus. Worked in Stockholm EMS 1967–8. Settled in Copenhagen 1971. His opera Euridice (1965) won 1970 Italia Prize. Also much chamber and choral mus. in addition to works on tape.
