European Atomic Energy Commission

European Atomic Energy Commission (Euratom) Organization that formed following the second of the Treaties of Rome (1958). Euratom was founded to coordinate non-military nuclear research and production, and provide capital for investment, specialists and equipment. It is administered by the European Commission.
