Career: Film producer. Saul Zaentz Film Co., Berkeley, CA, founder and principal; Fantasy Records, Berkeley, founder and music producer, beginning 1967. Military service: U.S. Army, served during World War II; served in Atlantic and Pacific theaters; became sergeant major.
