GREAT DECISIONS Turkey doesn't deserve so much deference from U.S.; Discussion Tuesday at UWM This week's Great Decisions lecture on "Turkey: Emerging Regional Power or State in Crisis?" will be given by Altay Cengizer, Turkish consul general in Chicago, at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday at the Golda Meir Library Conference Center, 2311 E. Hartford Ave. A discussion of last week's topic "Financing Redevelopment: Time for Reform?" can be seen at 5 p.m. today on WMVT-TV (Channel 36) in Milwaukee.
