Skagen , city (1992 pop. 11,248), Nordjylland co., N Denmark, a port on Skagens Odde peninsula (the Skaw) at the northern end of Jylland and on the Kattegat. It has fisheries, shipyards, and fish canneries and is a popular summer resort.
