Queen of Navarre. Name variations: Munia Mayor Sanchez. Born in 995; died in 1067; daughter of Sancho, count of Castile, and Urraca (d. 1025); married Sancho III the Great (c. 991–1035), king of Navarre (r. 970–1035); children: Garcia III, king of Navarre (d. 1054). Two other children were born to Sancho III the great and Sancha de Aybar : Ferdinand or Fernando I, king of Castile and Leon; Ramiro I, king of Aragon.
