This local hash sausage was made on-site at an artisanal mine washing site in Dilala, on the outskirts of Kolwezi, DRC. The water is already the town's brown water and is further polluted by having copper and cobalt (radioactive) rinsed in it all day. Mmmmm.... it actually was pretty good though.
