Live Action ..... Bulbul

Yellow Vented Bulbul Order : Passeriformes Family: Pycnonotidae It was a not coincidence as this pair of Bulbul going in and out of our matured red palm. We knew a nest was in the making and did not do anything so as not to disturb the pair. We note the timing of the pair which was quite consistent and this gave us the edge to setup the camera. I managed to get the longest USB wire to attached it from the webcam to my laptop. We placed it directly above the nest just hiddened behind the palm leaves. We set this only for a couple of days to watch this pair of bulbuls keeping the eggs warm and feeding the little ones at a later stage. Bukit Indah Johor Bahru May 1 2007
